Pricing Plans

A 50% deposit is required for all services, based on the total cost of the service. In the event of a no-call no-show, the deposit will be non-refundable.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Breaking ChainsLLC, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. To ensure fairness and maintain availability for all clients, we have established the following cancellation and refund policy for our services.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

48-Hour Notice: Cancellations or reschedule requests must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment to transfer your payment to a future session.

Less Than 48 Hours Notice: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in a 50% service fee being retained, with the remainder refunded or credited toward a future appointment.

Same-Day Cancellations/No-Shows: If you cancel on the same day of your appointment or fail to show up, the full payment will be retained, and no refund will be issued.

Refund Policy

Non-Refundable Services: Due to the nature of our services, all purchases are final. Refunds will only be granted under extenuating circumstances at the discretion of Breaking Chains LLC.

Rescheduling Credit: If you cancel within the allowed timeframe, you may apply your payment toward a rescheduled session within 60 days of the original appointment.

Emergency Situations

We understand that emergencies happen. If you experience an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss alternative arrangements.
